Rachel & Jeremy’s intimate Gulf Shores wedding was nothing short of perfect. They had beautiful weather, the cutest house on West Beach Boulevard, and a simple, yet elegant dinner at sunset.
I am such a sucker for these types of events. Choosing the things that are important to you as a couple, rather than leaning into what’s expected out of a wedding- can open up so many beautiful possibilities for your day. Intimate Gulf Shores weddings usually end up moving a little more slowly, with less fuss on the details and more attention to being in the moment.
Rachel & Jeremy had an entire home to use for getting ready, organizing the details, and only needed to step out of the doors to arrive at their ceremony & reception locations. Having an all-in-one site for your wedding day has so many perks! No stressful commuting or losing time while traveling. You can each have your own private space and room to breathe. It’s easier on you, your bridal party, your vendors (photographer included lol), and your guests!
Surrounded by only their closest family and friends, we took our time on all of the truly special moments. Everything about this day was unique and meaningful. Rachel’s hand-made hairpiece, the photos of her grandparents on her bouquet and baby Jack being welcomed into mom’s arms during the ceremony were just a few of my favorite little things from this beautiful intimate Gulf Shores wedding.
Rachel later said “The most perfect day. Jeremy and I (and baby Jack) road-tripped to Gulf Shores, Alabama and became Mr. & Mrs. We chose to keep things small and simple and share our day with a handful of those closest to us. It was intimate, relaxing, and truly everything we could have ever imagined.”
